With the newly available wet end waste, dr.corr now provides an (almost) complete waste analysis order per order, machine by machine, day by day:

The corresponding dashboard widget graphically shows the waste of each day, separate by category:

• trim waste
• wet end waste
• dry end sheet waste
• waste between operations (bad or excess sheets not used on the next machine)
• set-up and production waste in conversion

A click on a day shows the top ten offenders in each category, making it easy to identify what caused excessive waste.
