Just as critical: A machine has no follow-up order due to downtimes on other machines and has to wait for work.

The new Work-In-Progress (WIP) Analysis in dr.corr detects these situations before they occur and helps to prevent them.

dr.corr displays the status of the intermediate storage area for the entire schedule and warns if the specified limit is exceeded somewhere. There is also a warning if the order queue in front of a machine becomes critically small.

The WIP Analysis displays real time data and even while planning, you can see how the stock will develop in the intermediate storage area for the current machine.
